More Than A Pretty Face

In a digital world where beauty is often measured by filters, followers and fleeting trends, Khayal is carving out her own space with a refreshing emphasis on authenticity, elegance and self-expression. A Kuwaiti face model, beauty influencer and emerging talent, Khayal’s journey into the spotlight was not carefully mapped out; rather, it unfolded naturally at a moment when she was searching for a new direction.

What began with sharing her passion for skincare, make-up and styling soon developed into something more meaningful. Encouraged by the response of her growing audience and strengthened through her live interactions on TikTok, Khayal discovered the potential to transform creativity into a promising career.

With an aesthetic she describes as elegant, minimal and timeless, she brings a distinctly Kuwaiti identity to her content while remaining true to her personal boundaries and values. For Khayal, beauty goes beyond appearance; it is about confidence, self-care and genuine connection.

CP Magazine meets Khayal to discover the dreams, determination and personality behind the face.

For readers discovering you for the first time, how would you describe yourself beyond being a face model and beauty influencer?
I am just a girl with a lot of dreams who enjoys thinking outside the box and turning ideas into elegant visual content. Beyond beauty, I value authenticity, as well as inspiring confidence and self-care.

What are some of your earliest memories of being interested in beauty, fashion or modelling?
I have always been drawn to beauty and had a love for the details in what I see, wear or feel – from skincare and make-up to styling. Over time, I naturally found myself becoming passionate about sharing these interests with others through content creation.

Can you tell us about your educational background, and has it influenced your creative career in any way?
My educational background is in something completely different from beauty and modelling, but it has helped me become more communicative and confident when dealing with people.

Was modelling always part of your plan, or did it happen unexpectedly?
It wasn’t something I planned from the beginning; it happened naturally. I reached a point in my life when I needed to start something new and explore life from a different perspective or angle. It was a shot of luck that opened a new door for me.

What inspired you to begin sharing your work and life on social media?
People’s reactions to my posts were the main reason. Feeling accepted and seeing people genuinely asking me for advice and recommendations motivated me to keep creating.

At what moment did you realise that content creation could become more than just a hobby?
When I started live streaming on TikTok, I realised it was becoming more than a hobby. It allowed me to build my own community and connect with people in a more genuine and realistic way. That was when I knew it had the potential to become a career as well.

As a face model, what do you believe makes a truly memorable beauty campaign?
A memorable campaign tells a story. Beautiful visuals matter, but authenticity and emotion are what make people remember it.

How would you describe your personal style, both in front of the camera and in everyday life?
I am just a Kuwaiti girl who enjoys showcasing typical Kuwaiti styles while respecting my own boundaries. I would describe my style as elegant, minimal and timeless.

Your content has a polished and elegant aesthetic. How much planning goes into creating a single post or Reel?
It depends on what I am about to post. Sometimes it can take up to two hours, while other times it takes much less.

What role do skincare and self-care play in your daily routine?
They are essential. Healthy skin is the foundation of beauty, and self-care is also about taking care of your mental well-being.

Which beauty products or techniques do you genuinely swear by?
I prefer a medical skincare routine over other products, but that doesn’t mean I don’t use different products as well. It really depends on my skin and what it needs at the time.

Outside modelling and beauty, what hobbies or interests help you relax and recharge?
I enjoy spending quiet time alone, taking breaks away from social media, and spending time with my closest friends and family.

Who has been the biggest influence on your personal and professional journey?
Honestly, it has been me, myself and I, along with my own motivation and ambitions. I always strive to be better than I was yesterday.

If you could collaborate with any international beauty or fashion brand, which would it be and why?
I don’t have a particular preference. I am open to collaborating with any brand that I feel is suitable for me and aligns with who I am.

What qualities do you think brands look for today when choosing influencers and face models?
Authenticity, professionalism, consistency, creativity and a genuine connection with the audience – not just follower numbers.

How do you decide which collaborations genuinely align with your personal values and image?
I only work with brands I genuinely believe in and products that I can confidently recommend to my audience.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
I see myself expanding internationally, building long-term partnerships with global brands and, one day, launching my own beauty brand.

What advice would you give to young women who dream of building a career as a beauty influencer or professional model?
Be patient, stay authentic and focus on building trust rather than chasing numbers. Consistency always pays off.

If your followers could remember just one thing about Khayal after reading this interview, what would you hope it would be?
That I always stayed genuine, remained true to myself, and only shared products and experiences that I truly believed in.

Finally, what message would you like to share with CP Magazine and its readers?
Thank you for this opportunity. I hope my journey reminds people that passion, consistency and authenticity can turn a simple dream into a meaningful career. Never stop believing in your vision.
