A Taste of Home with Every Sip: Costa Coffee Introduces Mama Rita’s Home-Cooked Meals

Starting 20 February 2024, Mama Rita’s X Costa Coffee’s range of beloved home-cooked delights will kick off in Costa Coffee’s flagship store in Dubai Mall for a whole week, before rolling out to other locations. The thoughtfully curated menu will feature seven dishes straight out of Mama Rita’s kitchen, including four best-sellers and three exclusive partners]ip creations. Perfect for a healthy lunch or afternoon pick-me-up, there is something to satiate every palate.

The highlights of this exciting collaboration are :

·    Chicken Quinoa Salad, filled with wholesome ingredients and drizzled with choice of dressing.

·    Super Salmon Orzo Bowl, topped with fresh mango cubes, broccoli, asparagus, coriander, and a homemade vinaigrette sauce.

·   Mama’s Crunchy Chicken Wrap – an all-time favourite of Rita Kahawaty herself!

 

The offering will also include some of Mama Rita’s staple icons, such as the mouthwatering Grandma’s Meat Pastries oven-baked with pine nuts, creamy tahini, and fresh tomatoes; the comforting Oven-Baked Chicken and Potato served along overnight marinated mushrooms; and the ultimate on-the-go healthy Beetroot Hummus served with crisp carrot and cucumber sticks. And for the sweet tooth, the Fresh Fruit Paradise. This irresistible jar of fruity goodness is the result of layers of creamy avocado and mango puree, freshly cut fruits, and a generous topping of soaked pine nuts, pistachios, and almonds.
