Alto Astral marks a new olfactory chapter from Byredo – a radiant tribute to the spirited emotional landscape of Brazil. Named after the Brazilian Portuguese expression for an elevated state of mind, Alto Astral captures the essence of optimism, movement, and cultural expression through scent.

Infused with the color, rhythm, and heat of Brazil, Alto Astral draws inspiration from the joyful defiance found in everyday moments – samba at dusk, the rush of beachside wind, the spirit of motorcyclists weaving through the streets of Rio. More than a fragrance, it is an embodiment of a shared emotional frequency: a cultural optimism that endures, shines, and moves.

Lensed by Rio-born photographer Rafael Moura, the campaign unfolds across three intimate portraits of Brazilian life: dance, beach, and street. His eye captures the harmony between people and place, transforming fleeting moments into enduring stories.
