I’m a passionate human who had the privilege of exploring diverse fields throughout life and career.
I have always been captivated by the power of innovation, which led me to invent a medical device and own a patent in the field of biomedical engineering. However, my curiosity extended beyond Engineering, pushing me to venture into the world of art and languages and even write a book on artistic learning.
In the early stages of my career, I started working as a contract engineer in the oil and gas industry, where It helped me to seek invaluable experience and learn to be disciplined and committed. However, my entrepreneurial spirit drove me further when I started doing my masters of business and administration. I took a leap of faith and established a startup company focused on selling medical devices.
This journey allowed me to combine my engineering expertise with my passion for innovation, leading to the creation of a groundbreaking medical device that has the potential to make a significant impact.
Throughout my experiences, I have always believed in pushing boundaries, embracing new challenges, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams. I am here today to share my story, my expertise, and my enthusiasm for innovation.
Tell us about your education.
I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from Kuwait university. This education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the engineering field. Now I am studying for a masters degree in business administration .
What are your fondest childhood memories?
Some of my fondest childhood memories revolve around TV, technology and exploring new things. My family and my teachers always have told me that I am a born leader and always ahead of my generation.
I remember spending quality time with my loved ones, going on adventurous trips, and learning about different cultures. This infused my character with the sense of curiosity and passion for creativity.
What do you do and what inspires you in the workplace?
In the workplace, I currently work as a contract engineer in the oil and gas industry. What truly inspires me is the opportunity to tackle complex challenges with people. I thrive in environments where I can apply my skills while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
For my side business, I apply all my creativity and doing what I love by appreciating the value of education and creating an impact for the society.
Did you have role models when you were growing up, and do you have one now?
Throughout my life, I’ve always looked up to those who push boundaries and make a positive impact. Currently, I find inspiration in individuals who strive to make a difference in their respective fields, empowering others along the way.
My true role model is my imagery version of myself which I call my higher self. This version of my self is my only competition in life and my inspiration.
Tell us about your invention.
One of my notable achievements is my invention of a revolutionary medical device for which I hold a US patent. This device is a non-invasive portable device that detects bone injuries instantly without the exposure of X-rays. It is a better suitable device for children and also for pregnant women.
What is your biggest achievement so far?
I consider influencing people and trying to help others is indeed my biggest achievement in my entire life as I value being a productive person who leaves an impact wherever I go.
What are you currently working on?
Currently, I am working on building my own brand and publishing my first book.
What are some of your future plans?
I will let the future speaks itself.
Is there anything that you’ve done that has really surprised you?
One thing that has pleasantly surprised me is the positive feedback and impact from my Spanish classes. Witnessing individuals gain confidence and fluency in a new language through my teaching style.
Can you give us a little hint on the book you are working on?
I can say one thing. It’s an inspiration for creativity.
What’s your motto in life?
My motto in life is “if you’re tired, learn to rest not quit” and always help other. I believe that by pushing ourselves outside our comfort zones, and allowing our souls to discover our true potential. Through our actions and accomplishments, we have the power to motivate and uplift others, ultimately leaving a lasting mark on the world.
How many languages do you speak, and why are you obsessed with languages?
I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Arabic. I know some Urdu, Turkish and Persian. Maybe my love for people and the passion of exploring with different cultures and a desire to connect to others is the reason why I love speaking languages. I am confident to say that languages allow us to bridge gaps, understand diverse perspectives, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
Your favorite quote(s)?
I will be sharing three of my favorite quotes which are: “great people are not born great, They grow great” and always remember that “good manners never goes out of style.” This quote has a great impact of forming a character with class and the last quote is “time is precious, never waste it” as I value every single moment of my life.
What’s the best piece of advice you have heard and repeat to others?
The best piece of advice I have heard and often share with others is don’t plan too much and just start! And the best time to start is now! It’s important to approach life’s pivots with an open mind and willingness to embrace change.
What is your favorite travel destination and why?
As someone who loves and adores connecting to nature, I love witnessing the breathtaking beauty of God’s creation, where the majestic mountains meet the expanse of the ocean. Such serene energise me and reconnect me to being a human.
What are some of your hobbies?
Outside of work, I enjoy anything creative stuff. But my biggest passion is aromatherapy, reading rare books, of course exploring new destinations around nature and enjoying quality time with my loved ones. At last, I love inventing stuff.
