Shake Shack Middle East proudly announces the launch of its most anticipated limited-time launch of the year, the expertly crafted White Truffle Menu.

Following the phenomenal success of last year’s Black Truffle Burger, which captivated tastebuds across the region, this year’s White Truffle edition marks Shake Shack’s final and biggest launch of 2025. This rare, luxurious, and seasonal ingredient is even more aromatic than the black truffle. Revered as “the king of the mushroom kingdom,” white truffles thrive only in select climates, growing by the roots of specific trees that cannot be cultivated, making them even more precious than their black counterparts. Once reserved for fine dining, this gourmet delicacy is now being brought to local venues by Shake Shack. The new White Truffle Menu features a rich white truffle sauce made with truffle oil, showcased in four exquisite creations.
Crafted with passion and precision, the White Truffle Burger features Shake Shack’s signature 100% Angus beef patty topped with a rich white truffle-infused sauce, crispy shallots, and melted Emmental cheese, served in a perfectly toasted potato bun. Every bite is indulgent, real, and remarkable in taste.

Other limited-time White Truffle signatures join the lineup, including the White Truffle Chicken, featuring a tender chicken breast layered with white truffle sauce, arugula, and pickled shallots, and the White Truffle Shroom, a vegetarian twist made with a crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted cheese, topped with truffle sauce and finished with shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun.
Don’t miss the Parmesan Fries featuring crispy crinkle-cuts, topped with Parmesan cheese and served with decadent white truffle sauce. Complimenting the line up, Shake Shack is introducing two limited time only mocktails as well, Sparkling Blackberry Bramble and Sparkling Cherry Limeade. And to complete the seasonal celebration, guests can also indulge in a Gingerbread Shake, a creamy, spiced classic crafted especially for the wintry months, bringing a festive touch to the indulgent White Truffle menu.
