The stylish “industrial-chic” DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square features several contemporary design elements, including the hotel’s artistic centerpiece – a unique portrait of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The more than 15-meters-long work of art welcomes guests as they enter the hotel lobby. Made of more than 29,000 reflective discs, the portrait took a team of eight artists more than three weeks to assemble.

Upon arrival at this gorgeous five-star hotel, guest can be mesmerized by a 15m wide first-of-its-kind mural made of 29,000 reflective discs that pay tribute to the Founding Father of the UAE, his highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, designed by London-based Giles Miller Studio. (The intriguing work of art that will greet every guest at the hotel stands over 15 metres long and is comprised of more than 29,000 reflective discs placed on an artwork surface at varying angles to reflect light to the viewer. The piece required a team of artisans three weeks of assembly to fit all of the discs to the specially engineered backing structure.)

The perfect spot to escape from the city crowd is SunGlo Lounge on 19th floor, which offers cabanas from 11 am to 8 pm with F&B credit, pool access and a stunning 360-degree view of Dubai’s BIG FIVE, namely the iconic Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Frame, The Museum of the Future, Dubai Eye, and the Burj Al Arab and Dubai Creek. The Spice Tree offers authentic & exotic flavors crafted by the Spice Masters for guests to experience a gastronomic journey. An urban Indian eatery that pays homage to the historic district of Bur Dubai by bringing taste from Delhi. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu serves popular Indian dishes with a mix of Indian – Chinese, local & international dishes. There is also a separate section with a modern twist on popular Indian dishes and “indianized” versions of International dishes.
