A re-imagined shopping experience arrives in Kuwait City
Zara unveiled its latest store concept at The Avenues in Kuwait on March 18, bringing an elevated shopping experience that merges innovative design, digital integration, and customer convenience.
The exciting new space, spanning nearly 3,200 square meters across two floors, is seamlessly connected by both an elevator and a staircase, ensuring ease of movement. The entire space aims to redefine the retail experience with a contemporary architectural layout. The open ceiling design across the store adds a sense of spaciousness, while the Men’s section is structured with a more domestic-style compartmentalization, mimicking a sequence of rooms.
Designed for enhanced comfort, the fitting rooms are segmented into three distinct spaces rather than a single hallway, offering a greater dynamic and incorporates a dedicated seating area. Materials and finishes throughout the store reflect Zara’s signature aesthetic, combining light and dark wood, steel, and a stone-effect finish that adds an elegant yet modern touch.
The new Zara store at The Avenues will showcase a diverse range of collections, for Women, Men, Kids, an exclusive perfume section, and a specialized area for rotating special collections. The store will also feature a dedicated Shoes & Bags section, marking its debut in Kuwait.
In a first for Zara in Kuwait, this store introduces a range of features designed to enhance convenience and sustainability. A dedicated checkout for returns streamlines the shopping process, while assisted checkout areas ensure quicker transactions. Reinforcing Zara’s commitment to sustainability, the store includes a cardboard collection station for recycling. Additionally, an automated silo allows for seamless online order collection. Customers can also benefit from integrated app services, which enable them to check in-store availability of items, purchase online and pick up in-store within two hours, and easily locate products on specific store floors and sections.
