Judges Excellence Fragrance Awards

The Judges Excellence Fragrance Awards are decided by an international panel of perfumers, critics and industry specialists — each fragrance evaluated on composition, originality and craftsmanship. Unlike the People's Choice vote, there is no public involvement here: five winners are named each year, chosen solely by the judging panel.
